Ashgrove’s award-winning milk is fresh, flavoursome and creamy. Thanks to our free-ranging cows graze on lush Tasmanian pastures, it’s naturally higher in vitamins and minerals. Collected fresh each day from our family farms and bottled at the Ashgrove factory, our milk is 100% natural, free from permeates, milk solids or diluents, and about as low-milk miles as you can get. Ideal for cafes and baristas, thanks to its silky, glossy texture when steamed.
Ashgrove cheese has a distinctive terra firma, filled with regional and seasonal flavours from our grass-fed milk. Made on-site by master cheesemakers using traditional methods such as hand pressing, cloth binding and extended ageing in caves, we specialise in Cheddar, Blue and English County style cheeses (and they specialise in winning awards). Animal rennet free and vegetarian friendly.
Pure Tasmanian cream from pasture-grazed cows. We skim the plush, creamy portion off the top of our milk and bottle it; that’s our gold-medal farmhouse cream. No artificial thickeners or gelatine, just naturally pourable goodness. Perfect for desserts, sauces, whipping or unapologetically dolloping into your morning coffee.
