In 1957 the first generation of the Bovalina family arrived in Australia and secured a prime piece of land in the Adelaide Plains.
It was here that the tradition began, with the planting of our first 40 olive trees. The family prides itself on bringing the trees to life, by growing, processing and bottling all on our own farm.
The Bovalina family are extremely passionate about Extra Virgin Olive Oil and stongly believe it should be "On The Table" "In The Kitchen" and "In The Pantry" in every home in Australia.
