Lisboa Caffe

This market-stall-turned-wholesaler has been around for over seven years, and is known for silky custard tarts in shatteringly-crisp pastry, just like the ones you'll find in Lisbon. And while you'll find their tarts stocked at more than a few local stores as well as at markets around town, we've long been hoping they'd open a permanent location of their own—and finally, it's happened.

South Brisbane is now home to Brisbane's very first dedicated Portuguese tart cafe, baking up Lisboa Caffe's goodies on the daily (you'll even be able to see them coming out of the oven). There'll be more than just traditional custard tarts, too, with a few savoury treats on offer as well as some new sweet and savoury creations, and coffee.
