Since selling their first dish of gnocchi at Brisbane’s farmers market, the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers have grown to now have a dedicated gnocchi and sauce production facility, which they affectionately call their ‘Gnocchi Love Factory’.
Here on a daily basis, the brothers use the finest fresh local produce, to create delicious light and fluffy potato gnocchi and
quality traditional sauces cooked using ‘old school’ methods following their secret family recipes.
