Premium Périgord Black truffles (Tuber melanosporum). Stonebarn also manufactures a range of value added gourmet truffle products using the real black Perigord truffle (they are not ‘truffle- flavoured’ products).

The gourmet truffle food collection includes truffle salt (pink and white) spiked with large pieces of black truffle, truffle oil, mustard, mayonnaise, aioli and sauce, seasoning, honey, beer, dressing, ice cream, butter and truffle juice. 

All our range is available for export with the exception of our truffle butter and truffle ice cream.
